TownePlace Suites by Marriott Little Rock West

In brief, front desk staff and breakfast were great. Room was ok. Air conditioning was broken but I did not realize this until I got home after dinner and I was too tired to switch rooms. The hallways were hot and stuffy as well. 78 degrees according to app on my phone. Stay on a low # floor the 3rd and 4th floor hallways much warmer. I stayed here in April how can anyone tolerate it in July? Water pressure in shower was ok until someone next to me decided to bathe at same time. Then water pressure decreased by half. I read some of these great reviews and it makes me wonder if I really did stay at the same place. I will not go to another TownPlace property.

Despite making our reservations a couple of months in advance, we showed up to find out they didn't have our suites and instead got stuck in regular rooms. It's now 3:22 am, and I haven't slept at all because they don't have earplugs and everyone in my family snores... which was why we reserved suites in the first place.

I stay at this hotel 2 nights each week. I have for 8 years . The rooms are always perfect .

Really disappointed by the size (NYC tiny) of the King suite. And problems with the AC, so room was rather hot. Breakfast was pathetic, in all, not a great stay. My second time here, but likely the last. I expect better from Marriott.
