        I had to leave one day before the check out. The frontdesk guy didn't help me, he refused to help me. I wanted a refund, he refused to help me. Travelocity didn't help me either.... They said they called the hotel and they refused to reimburse me. The are is not good, the Hotel looks different and much better in pictures. I don't recommend it.

        Hotels Should required to update their pictures to reflect what their rooms really look like. No microwave refrigerators didn't work old smelly carpet it's an old run-down Baymont. I guess the only thing good about it was the fact that they let I guess the only thing good about it is the pet policy. The lady that worked night was really nice at check-in. The breakfast was dismal

        Noteworthy details: Choice needs to be willing to invest $$$ in refresh and renewing. We got what we paid for. Had a clean comfortable bed. Bulbs missing in bedside lamps, kinda dark and dingy. No fan in bathroom, but okay, water didn't get very hot anyway. Breakfast choices left a lot to be desired, but thanks, it was free. Checkin was great, young man behind desk very friendly. Moving on.

      Thank you for your time. Sorry that you have faced problem staying at hotel. We are updating our hotel so once everything thing is done we will update photos. Sorry your microwave not working but you should have called us and let us know so we should have fixed your problem because it might be unplugged or if still did not work then we should habe changed your room or microwave. Also there was quite a breakfast selection we have like scrambled eggs, biscuits gravy, waffles, milk cereal, coffee, juice, bread , honey buns and fruit.
