        Horrible. I ordered on Door Dash and after 2 hours they stated that my order was complete. I called and the guy who answered the phone seemed high as a kite. Still no food nor refund. This is the second time this location has failed to deliver food to my office. Chase Steppig

        Doesn't even deserve one star. Terrible service! Messed up sandwiches and kept getting "disconnected" when trying to call and fix it!

        I was deeply disappointed with my recent #4 Turkey Tom (regular) at Jimmy John's, especially after paying extra for avocado and receiving barely a tablespoon on the entire sub. Despite being a turkey sandwich, it contained only four pieces of turkey, which was surprisingly scant. The overwhelming flavor of onions, which I did not request, and the almost non-existent turkey presence made me question the sandwich's composition. Despite spending $13.96, the sandwich was largely unsatisfactory, consisting mainly of hard bread and minimal toppings. Given this disappointing experience, and the lack of visible or tasteful avocado despite an additional charge, I regret to say I won't be returning to Jimmy John's.
