I had a 11:00 appointment for a basic oil change. I was there at 10:55. They finally finished my car at 12:45. This is unacceptable. I will not be back.

I scheduled an appointment once online and showed up but they said they were too busy to check my car that day, so we scheduled a time for me to return but when I went back it turned out they had not actually put me in the schedule! I tried to give them my business twice but due to poor customer service and being badly understaffed, even though they are very close to where I live, I wont be returning and do not recommend.

Reggin, Glen, and Calvin are truly amazing. Firestone on Cantrell in Little Rock is the only place I go because of the staff.

I spent my entire day at this location only to have issues with my car and my horn disconnected when I left. When I went back the next morning the mechanic refused to do a due diligence check on his work. I had to take it to another location. The only positive was Ms. Heather who made sure to call ahead to the other location for me and to make me feel seen and understood. I do not recommend this location, but I do like Firestone in general.
