Deluxe Nails

Updated: Still 100% back up all comments below. I tried VSL Nail Bar right next door and they are nicer and no wait time. Quality is hit or miss but so was Deluxe. Good luck. Original: I wish I could give 0 stars. I keep trying them again hoping for better service since they are so close to our house but have been disappointed every time. The last time I visited they were so busy I was left unattended and water spewed all over me and my things including my work laptop. I wasnt even offered a discount or free upgrade, nothing. Dont waste your time and hard earned money. They dont care about new customers and an appointment doesnt mean anything! I had one for 3 days and still waited 20 minutes before I finally walked out. Not to mention they barely addressed me when I entered the door. Lack of respect and customer service is infuriating. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

The first time I went I had Richard who was wonderful. The second time I had an older lady who was very rude. She made raw spots on my skin close to my cuticles. When I jerked because she was burning my skin I was told to be still. I responded your on my skin. Which she responded I am filing your nails, I am not on your skin. Then the job she did was Terrible. Service: Dip powder
