Ok thses ppl are not good with give you importance about your case that text ask for pic and stuff about incident then after that you want hear nothing else from them I only reason I new that had money because Insurance company sent letter in n my ail.and I have call 6 times about update on my case that want call me back at .dnt have worry about me going back to them.

Hello everyone my name is Ricosha Billings & I found out Derick long was over my case in September 2023 who before was Leslie she was the absolute best, her communication skills were immaculate so Im not sure why by the end of the year she wasnt on my case anymore. I talked to Derick for the first time on recondance of me calling the firm trying to get some update because I hadnt heard anything concerning my case & Leslie wouldve been on it keeping me posted. From September I literally didnt hear from Derick again until after January 12th that was due to me emailing a complaint message when we finally talked he informed me that a settlement had been put on the table & the breakdown Im not sure how long this offer had been standing or when I wouldve found out had I not reached out. After that day I didnt hear from Derrick until February 5th I signed what needed to be signed & got it sent back the same day. I emailed on Valentines Day questioning the next step, I end up getting a call from a lady at the firm informing me that the insurance company could not issue the check unless they had my SSN ok I give it to her. February 23rd I get a breakdown email from another lady .. I end up calling to see had the check been mailed another lady told me she would get back to me she text me on February 27th & let me know Good morning Ms. Billings Derrick Advised he is working on your check and in hopes it will get mailed out mid next week which wouldve been mailed out the week of match 4th-8th 2023. It is now march 20th and I havent heard anything from my case workers or had anything come to my mailbox. Moral of this story Derrick Long is an absolute horrible case worker, his communication skills are horrible had I not been the one calling checking on my case not sure if I would even be this far now. I dont care how small a case is he needs to treat a small case with the same respect as a big case he got paid, he shouldnt have gotten that he did no work Leslie should be getting that money!!
