Rock Management Roofing

A company is only as good as the person they send out to check your roof. I do not personally know this company but the person they sent out, I immediately liked and trusted. Sydni Redford came out, we talked and she climbed up and inspected the roof. She showed me specific areas of storm damage and that the gutters may also need replacement. Based upon her inspection, I called my insurance company and they came out; inspected the roof and agreed with everything she said. I have not replaced the roof yet but will certainly consider this company based upon my trust in Sydni. Ask for her, she is a mother and she cares about you.

Sydni was so helpful when it came to materials, the process, and especially with the insurance adjuster! We got the deal I needed and the adjuster told me later how much she appreciated working with Sydni!

Sydni with Rock Management Roofing arrived on time - accessed our roof through the backyard where our puppys are located (kept an eye on them and closed gates). Sydni was thorough on the inspection side and gave great information for the claims process to move along our repairs. Her inspection and guidance was able to obtain claim/repair approval which was previously denied through our ins provider. She was also able to upgrade our claim to cover damages we werent aware of or expecting. I definitely recommend having her assist in ur process. She Saved us money and got a more thorough repair.
