H&R Bock does not stand behind their advertised 100% Accuracy Guarantee or your Money Back. When they make an error on your tax prep they will tell you its your fault because you signed off on it. I wasnt given my taxes untill I paid and they were handed to me . Now Im told I have to call IRS to fix their mistake. H& R BLOCK IS OVER PRICED $196 for a simple form. DONT GO HERE KEEP YOUR $$ AND FIND A PRIVATE PREPARER! These guys will not help you when they make errors and will not refund your $$ !!!!
