        Edmundo was the customer service that I had. First nobody in the place, he was leaving to go do something. I said go it will take me a moment. Instead he went behind his counter and kept on me what I wanted. Finally I said fine and left not getting what I wanted at all. Very rude service and attitude.

        Why does Arby's even have an app if none of your locations are going to use and accept orders from it. I always get messages and emails telling about these great deals I can get if orderr through the app..serves no purpose if none of your locations use it. They also refuse to honor discounts and deals advertised on the website.
