12/14/2021 11:04 am. went to walmart for a pick up order. phoned for the pickup as directed and no one answers the phones at Walmart. they are terrible when it comes to customer service. waited and waited and no one picks up the phones at walmart. we canceled our orders Bad experience Walmart never answered their phones We called at least 7 times Poor customer service Update April 8, 2024 Still poorly managed. Shelves are not properly labeled with correct prices.. You never know how much things cost until you drag them to the register to pay... Then it ends up being a go back... The one male manager is helpful though.. Walmart commits fraud by not giving you a paper receipt when you pay at the register with the Walmart app Update April 11, 2024: Aida helped Walmart stay at zero stars again. She was most definitely rude and nasty to me. Is not helpful and is quick to judge customers who are at the cashier making purchases. She should be fired for her poor communication skills and really terrible customer service.

Jewlery department is a joke.You push the red button and no one shows up.You ask an associate and they say they"ll call someone and no one shows up.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Middle of day and they have 4 cashier's and 2 self check out registers, all lines are backed up beyond belief but managers are standing around doing oh that right manager things (nothing ). Customer service line has 1 person in it and a line of like 10 people waiting in line. Place is so mismanaged it's sad..
