Jason designed a deck, along with landscaping ideas for our backyard and his vision, attention to detail and good taste were beyond my expectations. He nailed the exact dimensions of our lot, and even included the rear exterior of our home, so we could get big picture views. He also rendered several different design layout ideas, which were far better than the original, which we ended up favoring. He's super personable and makes the process fun too! It's simply amazing how one day you can visualize something in your imagination, and the next, with someone like Jay, you can see your vision right in front of you on your computer screen. Without hesitation, I'll be referring him to anyone I know who needs their ideas brought to life in 3D!

Jay did an amazing photo shop artist rendition of a house I have listed for sale where the next door home is being constructed, and the fence around that house is obstructing the views around my listed home. He removed the fence, added mock landscaping to the construction home and made it look beautiful. He did it quickly and produced amazing results. I highly recommend the work at Schram Designs...they are the best!
