We had an air conditioning coil in a 7-year-old York unit develops two leaks. The leaks led to a series of problems, starting in early December. Two successive HVAC "professionals" inadequately identified the cause of the problems and consequently failed to completely resolve them. It took a full three months after the initial discovery of the symptoms that PI HVAC Inc identified the root cause. They conducted thorough analysis and explanation of the problem, presented us with good, better and best choices for fixes. Also, thoroughly and candidly explained the pros and cons of each option. We would confidently recommend them to anyone we know who requires reliable HVAC services.
