        They made our signing very confusing and traumatic due to lacking documents and subpar communication regarding rates. They had moved the loan forward without even my co-borrower's signature. Were super rude and condescending on the phone too, like "oh do you want to pay more?" and "you probably forgot about stuff". We felt embarrassed in a time we should have been supported. Our realtor and signing agent were witnesses to the whole fiasco, we definitely won't be recommending this company ever again.

        This Loan was not easy by far. Angelic has gone above and beyond for our loan to get through the next step. My family and I really appreciate everything she did for us. We would definitely recommend her to any one we know looking to refinance or purchase a home.
