I requested a new debit card on 1/16. I was promised three day delivery. It is 2/2/24 and still no card. I understand they dont care about me as an individual . I have no loans . Never qualified. But seriously. I cant live without gas or food for weeks.

Love my credit union but this is my leasssstttt favorite branch - last 3/4 visits have had a 10-15 min wait. Shared parking lot is awkward. No bathroom nearby. ATM is also way too far from the actual bank, on the busy streetif only i didnt have things to do in Burbank

It's unfortunate that this bank decided to put a hold on my payroll check for 5 days while things have been so difficult with the strikes. I asked them to remove the hold, they wouldn't do it. I asked to release the hold the next day and explain that I had to pay late fees on my car and still wouldn't release the funds. Five days later they say you should enroll in direct deposit. It's funny how they put it as being my fault to not have my PAYROLL CHECK available in time to pay my car. Thanks for the late fees you aren't paying.

Outstanding customer service and that includes the guard, great parking and never a long wait. We love this location.
