I want to recognize Moises in the leasing office. I will be moving to the Villas from Florida and as a recent widow it has been a difficult task selling my house and finding the right apartment. Incredible Customer Service, Especially for Out-of-Towners! Despite being out of town and preparing for our move to Camarillo in just two weeks, Moises and his team have already provided us with exceptional assistance. Our previous rental, which unexpectedly and suddenly experienced a flood during Christmas in a different town, left us in a difficult situation. However, Moises went above and beyond to support us during this challenging time. His dedication has made us confident about our upcoming move, knowing that well have the best help and support from the leasing office. My experience has been nothing short of the best customer service Ive ever had at an apartment complex! Moises is incredible at his role as a leasing agent, and most notably, has a ton of expertise and actually really listens and cares about what is important to you as a tenant. He is so responsive, and answers all your questions and goes above and beyond to help you feel confident in signing your lease. This property is stunning with terrific amenities and incredible views. Nestled in the canyon, you instantly feel surrounded by nature, but just a stones throw from shops and restaurants. With walking trails, dog parks, a yoga room with tons of windows and natural light and even a dog washing station - theyve thought of everything. All with a quiet, peaceful, tucked away community with Target and Trader Joes less than 15 min away, you cant ask for a better combo. Great location, incredible customer service, and above average amenities, the Villas are a special find!

The question to ask is not, why should you live in The Villas at Anacapa Canyon, but when can you can move to The Villas at Anacapa Canyon. Lets begin with a the beauty that surrounds you at The Villas. Nestled at the smile of the Santa Monica Mountains, just minutes away from the coast line, is this amazing community surrounded by nature. The drive into the complex is beautiful, and the California orange poppies are abundant already, early in the season. My first day here I sat on my private, and well secluded balcony, and watched the deer graze. I could write a book about the beautiful area, but there are people who would like to know what you get when you live at The Villas. First of all, I dont know about the rest of you, but I have never lived anywhere that was completely brand new. To walk into a unit and know that no one has lived there before you, it makes it very personal, and will inspire you to make it your own. I live in a Lily unit, a one bedroom, and it is very spacious. The kitchen alone is a chefs dream. The appliances are all modern, and, again, brand new. This includes a full size, stackable washer/dryer in the unit, which is a must on my list of requirements. The bedroom is very roomy and the closet space is almost the size of my previous apartments bathroom, even though my previous dwellings had a bit more square footage. The Villas have used the square footage to a great advantage. Lastly, and most important when searching for a new home, is the experience you have with the leasing agents. I had a wonderful experience with Moises. He is a genius at fitting you to your specifications. Let me just end this review by saying I rented this property unseen, and never pre-toured. I expressed to Moises what I was looking for. I let him know what was important to me. He knew exactly what unit would be best for me, and again, I never even toured the property. We spoke on the phone, and at that very same time I applied for the apartment online. I am proud to be one of the first dwellers of this incredible property. living the best life at The Villas at Anacapa Canyon.
