So I called who I thought was Four Seasons Rug Care Studio about 10 days agoPhone number (949)799-2107 however when guy arrived to my house to scotch guard my rug it was local green service carpet cleaningI questioned this and told guy that I wanted Four Seasons,  he repeatedly told me that I had called his company and I had said that I called four seasons located on Flynn roadHe sent a message to someone and this guy supposedly from four seasons calls me and tells me this guy was sent as he had a family emergency I allowed him to scotch guard my rug There is another rug with a spot on it but due to my skepticism regarding this company I did not want him to clean the spotHe said"oh just let me give it a shot" I won't even charge you then says $50.00 if the spot comes out and if not no charge, spot has not come out and I have called this company several timesIf you look up Four Seasons Rug care Studio the address is Flynn rd and the number 949 799-2107 goes directly to this other placeAgain called this morning and told that supervisor will call me back I told the operator or guy who answers phone that I am going to investigate this, post on yelp, and speak with better business bureau and his cocky reply was they don't care and f..,k you, you are a bitchAlso of concern I had to pay through ZelleOtherwise more expensive
