Edit: 4/4/2024 - Not sure what is up with these recent fake looking reviews, here is an update from someone who has been living here for a few years. Cons: - Crime - My next door neighbor had a home invasion attempt in August 2023. I was told the attacker was an unknown drunk man, he was able to partially destroy the cheap particle-board door while my neighbor was literally behind the remains of his door holding it up. No changes or response from management seen. They claim there is a nightly patrol, but I have personally never seen them. - Car break-ins every so often - There was a DUI in late 2023 that left a couple of cars damaged. - Money spent on complex improvement is spent on weird things like smartlocks, if the battery dies it can leave you locked out. Personally not a huge fan of companies having access to enter/exit data either. - Dumpster area is usually a huge mess - people from outside the complex dump garbage, homeless go through dumpsters. - Wooden buildings, so termite problems. The flying ones come out of the floor, usually after a heavy rain. - USPS packages stopped being delivered because the front office suddenly stopped accepting them. It took about a year for management to install package lockers. - Maintenance tickets will be slow/ignored. Emails (e.g. regarding termites) to management will be slow/ignored. My tip to anyone living here is to go above and directly contact Equity Residential for tickets. This seems to prompt a response from maintenance/management. - Some utilities are shared and split per building and number of occupants. Here is an example statement for April 2024 for a 2br: Water: $100 Trash: $70 Sewer: $30 Gas: $25 Pros: - Very fast internet. Att fiber 1G up and down, $90/month no data caps. - Probably the cheapest, dog friendly, 2br2ba with in-unit washer/dryer in Campbell
