My garage door was getting stuck while going up all of a sudden. It is pretty old. So I called this company. The appointment setup process was easy and smooth. The technician arrived on time. But he was not in the right mood from beginning it seemed. He was showing a strange attitude all throught as if he did not work at all and he was forced to do it. One time he was talking on the phone speaking F.. words. He didn't even want to care to explain what is the problem first and directly gave me a quote either for repair or complete replacement of the door opener system. When I asked him what is the problem he still would not clearly explain to me. So I gave up and just asked him to go with the repair option. To be honest i was not quite sure if the repair quote was high or market price for the job, but decided to do it aneway as it was causing problem. He took may be about 10 mins to fix the problem, collected the check and was about to leave. I noticied few loud clicking sound when the door was going down. When I told him about it he started showing aggressive behaviour and said he didn't cause it. I didn't tell him that you caused it, just wanted to understand where it's coming from. It was pretty weired behavior on his part. He pointed to a small broken area of the door to be the likely reason which is clearly not the cause. This sound never happened before. He was really getting super irritated that i was asking him about it. I just let him go at that point not knowing what to do. Overall it was great that the door was fixed quickly and without a major expense for now but the experience with the technician was a super negative one. I never received such bad attitude from a techincian and I have done almost all kind of work in the house.
