I purchased my dream home in 2009 from Joe and was extremely pleased. His vast knowledge of the real estate market was outstanding, which allowed him to thoroughly educate me regarding the buying process and the current market environment. Joe answered all questions I posed which enabled me to make educated decisions to avoid costly mistakes. As a first time home owner, I was relieved that I was able to find an experienced, honest and ethical agent that would act as a strong negotiator on my behalf. First time home buyer and to say I was nervous is an understatement! I have been working with Joe Almirantearena since 10/2014. I was pre-approved literally within a day. Looking for the perfect house wasn't so easy. Joe walked me through the entire process, even when I'm sure it wasn't his job. He answered questions for me that that kept coming up and anything I needed he was there to provide. He answered the phone on a Sunday, for Pete's Sake! That is true customer Service. Every step of buying a home, from countless home searches to inspections and appraisal to securing the loan was made with confidence; Joe really knows how to explain things to put me at ease. I don't think I would be closing today with key in hand if it weren't for Joe and his amazing staff. If you are looking to purchase a home in the near future or even within the next year or two---Joe is where you want to start. Joe did an excellent job helping us through a complicated, fast moving transaction. He went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood the process and made the right decisions at each step. He was extremely patient and highly responsive the entire time. I highly recommend Joe and would gladly work with him again.
