My review of Tuscana properties would have been just 1 star if it wasn't for the assistance from Sandy after my horror story experience with Leena Zeidan. I met Tuscana properties through a first time homebuyer seminar put on through Cross Country Mortgage back in 2021. I was a first time homebuyer just wanting to get some advice so I could prepare to buy a home in the future. I put my name down on a list for Tuscana properties and ever since that day they continued to call and text me until I finally agreed to meet Leena in person at a Starbucks. She gave me her sales pitch and she convinced me that I was in a good enough position to purchase now. I left that Starbucks meeting with a singed real estate agent agreement and we began looking at properties. We looked for about 6 months but most things were either outside my price range or in very bad neighborhoods. In September of 2022 we finally came across a house that was in an ok neighborhood, had a large back yard and it was listed at a fairly decent price. I told Leena that I liked the place, and by the end of the night she had me signing paperwork. She was even calling me and the selling realtor past 10pm on the same night we viewed the property. This should have been a red flag to me. She convinced me that I did not need my own inspection as her company offers a 100% buy back guarantee, and if I did not like the property, they would buy it back no questions asked. She showed me all of the marketing for this program, and it is all over their website. She said that the sellers inspection did not have any red flags to her and she would take care of me in the event anything major did come up. (By the way the sellers inspection says that the inspector was unable to access the crawlspace...major red flag that she should have immediately pointed out.) I went ahead and signed everything, and purchased the home. Shortly after moving in, I discovered that the house's foundation was at the end of it's life, whenever it rained it flooded the entire downstairs, and there was black mold infesting the downstairs portion of the house. I had to move out of the house that I just purchased and I could not afford to fix these major issues. Turns out the buy back guarantee was a scam, as they would not buy this property back since the value had drastically declined after I discovered these issues. I was out $60,000 between my down payment and other expenses incurred while trying to fix the house before realizing it was too big of a financial burden. Leena was a terrible fiduciary and really took advantage of a first time homebuyer. A good realtor would not have rushed the process and would have never suggested to go through with the purchase without an inspection. After moving out, I had to stop making mortgage payments because I could not afford them plus rent on an apartment. My only option was to go through loss mitigation with the bank. This is where Sandy stepped up big time. She helped me list the home as a short sale, she communicated with the bank, potential buyers, investors, and she gave me advice along the way. She did all of this for free, without getting paid. This process is just now coming to an end through a deed in lieu of foreclosure transaction. I appreciate that she was there to walk me through the process but I obviously still feel very sour towards Leena and quiet honestly the company as a whole. I wasted my savings, ruined my credit, and now forced to start all over and will not be able to buy another house for at least 5 years.

Punit is an excellent realtor and he helped us buy our home in Dec 23. He is professional, knowledgeable and genuine. His knowledge about the San Mateo County market came in handy for our house purchase. Punit was always available to answer questions and gave us a phone call to explain things in detail if needed. He negotiated the best possible deal for our home and was sure to set the highest possible expectations. He is a great advocate and will be sure to make you feel supported during the process. I would highly recommend Punit. He is the best in the business and will ensure you make informed decisions. Id like to thank him for his hard work and dedication towards getting our dream home!

Janan did an outstanding job in helping us purchase our dream home. She is super friendly, flexible and professional. She did great in negotiating our offer and she put forth great efforts in closing the deal! Janan's strong negotiation skills and charisma were fantastic. We certainly would strongly recommend Janan for your real estate and property needs in the Los Gatos/ Saratoga areas.

I had an excellent experience working with Oludare throughout the home-buying process. His ability to break down and explain each step made the journey smoother for a first-time homebuyer like myself. Oludare and the Jamison Team patiently guided me through the complexities, ensuring I understood the intricacies of the transactions and paperwork. Their expertise not only eased any anxieties I had but also empowered me to make well-informed decisions. I appreciate his dedication to ensuring a clear and transparent understanding of the entire home buying process!

DONT USE TUSCANA realtor. They email and threaten me after my contract is over with them. I told the agent that I wont use them as my listing agent because they did not do anything for the past six months to sell my condo. This realtor company is very bad. They lie to me all the time. There couple incidents the agents showed up with NO appointment for open house. This really scary because I was home and they tried to unlock my door. I thought they were burglars tried to temper with lock box. I feel very unsafe with their agents having access to my house and show up in unannounced. I have no idea where the good reviews came from. Possibly from their relatives. My seemed to be nice but I dont trust her anymore. She said she is the only one can buzz the agent in but I dont know how this agent name Manuel get in my building without her buzzing him in. I feel like someone have come into my house while I was away from home sometimes. I AM VERY SCARED FOR MY SAFETY with them having my key. They are not working hard at all to sell my place. For the past three months nothing move and no viewing. They also use another property spare bedroom posted as my bedroom. I thought they would photoshop a bed in my spare bedroom picture but I did not know they would completely using someone elses room and posted as my bedroom. I would say we only have maybe one interest client on the property and less than ten viewing for the past three months the house on MLS list. The story I heard over and over again that there this one client interested to buy and another interested in viewing my property but indefinitely went vacation and have not come back yet. Tuscana website is terrible just like a little kid drawn up a crude webpage. DO NOT USE TUSCANA REALTOR! I would not recommend them.
