Simon did an excellent job showing us the different mattress options for our sons bed and was really knowledgeable about everything we asked. They have a large selection of both lower cost and high end options.

Recently came in looking for a new mattress as the one I had was no longer comfortable and sunk in too much. I wanted something firmer where I didnt sink if I was sitting on the edge of the bed. But I also didnt want to break the bank. Rafael was the one who helped me and he listened to all the things I wanted in a new mattress and he showed me examples of what fit my needs. He helped me find the perfect one I needed and I cant wait for it to arrive soon. Thank to Rafael !

I was immediately acknowledged upon entering the store with a friendly greeting. George, the service rep, came over to me and I told him what specific make and model mattresses I was interested in. He showed me the desired mattresses on the floor, gave me a pillow, and encouraged me to try them out. He then left me alone. Once I had decided, I told him I had made a choice. We went to the service desk and entered the order. George was personable, helpful and professional. I would expect that while making a major purchase. The entire process took less than 20 minutes.
