As first time home buyers, I'm glad we went with Frank because he was very professional and helpful throughout this whole process. He answered any questions we had and even though he probably receives the same type of questions over and over again, he answered them throughly and happily. We were even able to have a follow up call with him to go through everything again since it was a little overwhelming the first time he went through the inspection. I would highly recommend Frank for any first time home buyers and experienced buyers.

Frank and Nick did an amazing and thorough job on my most recent home inspection this past March. They caught things that most people would never look for and made sure to go over everything with you before leaving the property and also open for follow-up questions. Frank did my first home as well and did an amazing job in 2015. Thank you both for letting me know what I'm getting myself into and being comfortable with it. Would recommend 10/10

Inspector was right on time actually arrived a few minutes early. Very pleasant and professional at the same time. Felt he inspected nearly every square foot of the home. Very knowledgeable and admired him for keeping any findings solely for the paying Client first viewing and at the discretion of the paying client. I will use him again.

Loren was super professional and personable during his entire inspection. He answered questions with patience and understanding. Loren is diligent and thorough. I would highly recommend him and will continue to refer him to my buyers in escrow on a home in the South Bay, Long Beach and OC areas. This is my 2nd 5 star rating, having now experienced Frank as the home inspector for 2 clients-- one locally in Chatsworth and one out of area in Murrieta. Frank was able to accommodate multiple inspections for each client. His knowledge and expertise put my clients at ease. For my first time home buyers, Frank was patient and took his time to answer their questions. His ability to explain things helped my buyers feel confident in their home purchase. For my buyers who were making a step up move to an area not so familiar, Frank was and will be an invaluable resource to them after they move into their next dream home. I will continue to refer Frank and Anarumo Inspection Services to my buyers. I know they will be in good hands no matter who the inspector is.
