        I went in to do a trade in for my phone. Angie was the one to help me. I had such a great experience. She was really polite, fun to talk to and was able to assist me in a positive manner. She explained things to me in a way that was understandable. I went to two other locations prior to coming to this one and both those locations had terrible customer service. I was so disappointed and angry with the lack of professionalism and behavior. I am so glad I came to this location and had Angie helping me. Thank you so much. You made my day go even better.
