Customer service has been improving since Christmas. Employees are ready to assist in locating items, how-to's and quicker checkout. The garden dept is an absolute dream with a wide variety of plants that can't be purchased anywhere else in Del Norte County.

Yesterday we were at the Crescent City Home Depot. Only giving three stars to the store in general, (due to many mishaps over the past 5 years using this store) but we're giving 5 stars to one employee that was excellent in helping us bring our large order to the front of the store, then loading our truck with literally tons of supplies. Landon is his name!

Home Depot has gotten extremely worse on customer service. I was scheduled to get my carpet done. on January 22 took the day off waited from 9 to 12 called Home Depot to make sure they were still coming in the morning. No one for two hours did not answers that phone they just let it ring and when they do answer they kindly hang up on you as if you were disconnected, I told my story To four different people still got no callback from a manager. Nobody when I did write a review, they called me back to tell me my carpet was still being installed that it would be arriving in the morning. I already knew my carpet wasnt here because the manager from Romanoff in Klamath Falls stated that they would not be coming because my carpet never arrived This carpet was ordered a month prior to my install called Holly from flooring. She said shed get back to me got nothing. Talk a manager which have no idea whats going on in that store? Nobody resolved anything for me. I will never never order anything from Home Depot again. I do have to say there was one employee there name Renne Who always goes above and beyond to try to help anybody in any department? Kudos to Renne .whos ever in charge of Home Depot today? Should really look into how people are treated. The quality of your customer service and resolving issues needs a lot of work
