Jonathan from ServiceMaster has great customer skills and knowledgeable on managing claims. They handled my insurance claim and helped me with supplemental needed after the insurance stated the amount to fix my roof damage. Only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because the entire process took a few months before they were able to start working on my roof. In addition, roofing personnel showed up at my address without previous notice. Overall, pleased with the work and service done by ServiceMaster.

I had an unexpected issue at my house, and didn't know what to do. My insurance filed a claim for me, and gave me some phone numbers to call to have something repaired. I called service master, and instantly felt reasurred that they will take care of my situation. It was close to 7 at night, and Jonathan got someone out at my house to temporarily fix my problem. Over the next week, he worked hard with my insurance and vendors to situate my problem. He always followed up with me, letting me know so I was never in the dark about anything. Before I knew it, my problems were solved. I would highly recommend service master! I will be using them with any repairs or work that I may need done. Fantastic job Jonathan and team
