Excellent customer service. My sister had her 15era and like all working folks we left it at last minute. Sandra was very polite! And prepared everything from Her Dream Dress to the limo service even the entertainment. THANK YOU ARIANAS DREAM BRIDAL !

Worst place ever! Do NOT come here. I bought my wedding dress here, they were doing some alterations I pick it up one week before my to find my wedding dress. I cant wear this to my wedding, had to go and buy another one. Then when I texted her she said I had approved the alterations, which I did. I sent her pictures of what I wanted. I'm not mad at the alterations but I'm furious - seriously the quality of the alterations are disgusting, they use the cheapest materials they could find no love in what they do. And the customer service sucks. I will be suing them, I want my money back. This is unacceptable. I paid OVER 800.00 for a dress I cant even wear. If you do something right for your event DONT COME HERE! worst...I cant even explain to express how bad this place it. How can you ruin a wedding dress and think its ok? she did however say she would could attempt to fix my dress, which I took my dress to real professional and they said nothing could salvage my dress. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! UPDATE: I have been texting her, and she refuses to acknowledge me. She will be hearing from my lawyer 5/17/19 UPDATE I sent her a letter and she signed for it. I then send another letter as a follow up to the original letter-she refused it and didnt pick it up at the post office. I was willing to settle without having to take this woman to court. Well guess what you will be getting served official documents. How can someone be so vile. to loose all respect as a business owner over $800.00 wow...Im not a problem that will disappear -YOU will reimburse me my money. see you in court!
