I have lived at this complex for over five years. The maintenance staff is very efficient, and this complex is less than 10 years old. Reasonably priced if you can qualify for BMR ( reduced housing cost based on income ). My biggest concern with The Paragon is the lighting on Beacon Avenue. It's minimal to none. The City of Fremont should address this issue, especially since the location is Downtown Fremont, and there tends to be a transient population near the complex. Occasionally, there would be security officers parked on the premises, but this complex loses a star in rating due to the safety concerns.

I like the overall set up of the Paragon Apartment complex for the most part. They do need to however do better with clean ups outside the complex. Dog urine on the street lights and on the stone seating area between the 2 main buildings. Power washing does wonders, and it makes it more appealing for potential renters. I have seen the residents allow their dogs to do it, and apparently no one is saying anything to them. Perception is everything! Update: I actually saw a staff member using a power washer and cleaning the areas. You have more at the top of State Street that seem to be missed by the leasing office. Also, nice that the sticky residue from the trees is being cleaned. It's nice to see that you are proactive.
