Doctor Dhawan is and outstanding physician who can be counted on to listen closely to his patients and provide the appropriate diagnosis and medications when needed. He really is the best.

They give only 15 min for appointment. Dr Erik Cabral looked like he was bothered by me and showed 0 interest in helping. Worst experience.

Had such a pleasant experience here for my initial appointment.The PA took the time to address my concerns and was very helpful. I was very self conscious about some skin issues and the assistant and PA made me feel comfortable. I was seen within a timely manner and all staff members were very professional. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of care , the office is extremely well managed .

Had an appointment yesterday but was cancelled when I showed up at the office due to an insurance issue. What I don't understand is a copy of my insurance card and all information required was submitted when I made the appointment 1 week earlier and if there was any insurance issue, my appointment should have been cancelled then and not at the appointment date and time at the clinic. This is a waste of my time and not an effective way to utilize a doctor's time. This is a poor and inefficient process. Since I was already there and eager to see a doctor due my health concern, I offered to pay out of my pocket for my appointment but to no avail due to some kind of insurance carrier contract I was told. The receptionist was loud and I reminded her to be discreet of our discussion but seems she did not care and talk in an authoritative manner. Also, while waiting and prior to the cancellation of my appointment at the office, everyone can overhear the receptionist scolding one of the patients for coming in late of her appointment. This receptionist employee is loud and very disrespectful to the patient. I was supposed to be a new patient and this clinic certainly gave me a bad impression of how this clinic is run. I am sure the doctors are professional and experienced but the front office certainly needs some improvement. Patients come to this clinic because they need help and have health concerns and should be provided with compassion and understanding not meet with rude treatment by the receptionist. I hope the office manager does something to re-train their front employees. The funny thing, today I received an email and text from the clinic reminding me that I missed my appointment yesterday. Wow!
