Very bad experience . Ordered a flower from overseas to send it to Fremont area . No delivery, no reply email , no one pick up phone .

Apparently sending a email or text to you doesn't move you to respond. My order was WRONG and apparently you're not interested in correcting it. You don't answer the phone,nor can you leave a message.Your orders are online only using the PANDEMIC as your 2020 excuse. This is a family operation ? That's a shocker. As told by me from the florist ,photos of arrangements as in my case are embellished by a 3rd party. So dont count on expecting what you see on their website.

So, Apparently here in 2022 the florist is still not answering the phone due the pandemic and all orders are online only. No one answers the phone NOR can you leave a message. They DO NOT send any confirmation your order was delivered and turns out I paid for their DELUXE arrangement and they couldn't deliver on that either. I had my friends send me a photo of the flowers received and CLEARLY they were not the DELUXE arrangement I paid a hefty price for. NOTE that their delivery is $25.00. Not cheap for something 4 miles away. They did not respond to my text message nor did they respond to my email. Not sure what their game is....but this is no way to run a business by ignoring your paying customers. Not sure who wrote the other reviews and not sure how they gave them 4-5 stars. But they're not getting it from me !
