Amazing! I saved a LOT of money and experienced better service and quality compared to going to an audiologist center. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very service oriented. Plus, you get free samples of pizza and sausage while you wait.

This place is a hidden gem. Very courteous over the phone. And Byron, the audiologist is fantastic. He did a great job, patiently explaining everything and did a thorough hearing test . Sent me home with a free wax stopper pack and domes. I highly recommend this hearing aid center.

Beyond impressed with my visit. Left with a knowledge and hope of finally getting to hear. In a week I'll have my new hearing aids! The staff were terrific and well educated. Very patient and understanding of my needs. I was unaware of just how bad my hearing was. However they reassured me and found a solution that changed my life.

My husband got his 1st hearing thru private audiologist. Very expensive and he was encouraged to upgrade every 2 years. Hearing acquaintances talk about their hearing aids from  Costco and how much they paid, my husband decided to check Costco out before buying another set from expensive audiologist. Thankful we decided to check Costco out. Kirsten gave him hearing test, then recommended brand sold that fit results of his hearing test. It was Costco's most expensive hearing aid....price still was 60% lower than audiologist! Plus, Costco offers free periodical checks and cleanings. No follow up office visit fees. Needless to say we continue using Costco for his hearing aids. When Kirsten left we began seeing Diana R.  About a year ago Diana left Hayward to take Senior position at Fremont store. My husband is a stroke victim and has dementia. Diana R is so good and caring with him we now make trip to fremont to continue seeing her.

Ok is the best I can say. They dont accept any insurance.
