        I live here, sold by TB because their past projects are great and trusted their quality and reputation. However, I'm so wrong. This place is a crime center, burglaries occurs on a daily basis, people with mental issues roams around club house and swimming pool, homeless people on the `research ave` just meters aways from the community. There is no luxury living in this place since no basic safety is guaranteed. Residents has to arm up with security cameras and organize neighbor crime watch group. To the worst part, TB did a worst job on constructing these building, poor noise insulation, construction issues, and the worst part is they are not keen to fix those. I have a sliding door issue that has been reported on day 1 and yet, this is 1 year and half, and the issue is still there. They don't care about their reputation once they get their money. I would highly recommend anyone who consider buying here take another look or talk to some local residents about their experiences.
