Jesse did a phenomenal job with my carpets! He was very responsive, reliable and reasonably priced based on other estimates. He was very meticulous with the process ensuring he brought every square inch back to life and also went the extra yard to wipe up the wooden floor near our garage from any moisture/dirt during his clean. He was very respectful of our home. We greatly appreciate your effort, Jesse, and look forward to seeing you again in 9-12 months. Highly recommend ShineBright

We had our carpet and bathroom tiles cleaned and the results are great! The grout especially looks as good as new.

Wow. We had lots of stains on the carpet - many of them coffee stains, and numerous office chairs with various food and drink stains. ShineBrite came in and did an excellent job. Jesse was super easy to work with, and worked around our schedule. He arrived on time and got straight to work. I wondered if he'd be able to do much with the stains, and I'm amazed by how much better everything looks. And ShineBrite's pricing was super reasonable. Highly recommend!

I have been using ShineBrite for a long time - the better part of a decade across two different houses. I brought them in to replace another company who had gotten worse over time. The first house was a 2,004 sqft two story with a pretty open and straight forward floor plan. The new house we've moved into since is 3,500 sqft across three stories with a complex floor plan and a ton of books and crannies that are hard to keep track of much less keep clean. And that's before you throw in my hooligan young kids who have a superhuman ability to make our house look like a tornado came through in less than a day. Through all of it, Maria has been our primary cleaner. She is a rockstar and so is her boss, Jesse, who runs the company. The attention to detail is outstanding. The thoroughness and professionalism during EVERY single visit is first rate. There was one time long ago that one of the cleaners broke something in our house. Nothing big. Just a small whatever it was; honestly I don't even remember now what it was! And it was fine that happened; we're all human and accidents happen. But I mention this because it was -- to my great surprise -- the most effortless and painless process to get reimbursed for it. Seriously. No questions really asked, just an easy and supportive experience like EVERY interaction I've ever had with Jesse's company. Oh. And they're very accommodating. When we moved to this place we actually moved a few miles outside of their service area. But Jesse made it work. Seriously. We were the only client he now had in this city but he shuffled around and made things work for everyone--for him, for us, for Maria. I've offered to help him find new clients near us if they ever ask, and I stand by that. They're that good. More than anything else, though...and this is the real win. Both Jesse and Maria are really good human beings. And that's the highest compliment I can give someone.
