I recently purchased a new home and swapped my thermostat to a Nest, which ended up giving me issues with my heat not working. Additionally, I noticed that my Lennox furnace was vibrating quite badly in the previous times I ran the system and so I wanted a specialist to just take a look at everything to put my mind at ease. AIS ended up being the second company I called and went with them because the first listing on Yelp ended up being too busy to come out today. I'm super glad it played out this way. My tech, Garrett W., was an absolute masterclass in customer service and knowledge. He was able to figure out what was going on with Nest and fixed the configuration, and he was able to resolve the concerning vibration/rattle from my furnace fan. He totally went above and beyond what I was expecting to accomplish today and has really made a loyal customer out of me already. Request Garrett if you can but definitely go with AIS if you're looking for HVAC support.
