I have been with Mei Mei's Agency for about 4 years, and I cannot say enough good things about her and her team! I was looking for life, home, and auto insurance for my family. She took the time to visit our home, answer all of our questions, explained all the coverages, and was very knowledgeable about bundling and discounts. I was looking for an insurance agent in the Bay Area and I was happy to find Mei Mei! Mei Mei and her team offer excellent customer service! They are professional, reliable and work in a quick and timely manner. I have been Mei Meis client for several years now. Recently I got into a car accident where I was not at fault. The other driver unfortunately did not have sufficient insurance, but thankfully I am covered by Farmers Insurance. My experience working with Mei-Mei was absolutely pleasant. She was extremely patient with the many questions I had regarding plans and pricings, taking the time to answer each one in detail. Mei-Mei is also very easy to contact - there hasn't been a single time where she hasn't answered my calls. It is clear that she cares about her customers with her amazing service and positive attitude.
