Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

I came into the store with just a question on how to get a tv remote swapped, and left with a brand new remote, not questions asked. The service was friendly and efficient. The only thing that was a tad inconvenient was that I was not able to reach this store by phone, as Google Map just had a generic 1800 number. But the excellent service I received made my day and outweighs this inconvenience.

We had an amazing experience especially because of Nolan at the Christy Strret location. It was so smooth, we got what we needed and the customer service was stellar. He knew every way to troubleshoot any of the issues we were having. Thank you!

My partner and I came here about 45 minutes before closing. We just needed to get set up with WiFi. We waited for about 10 minutes before John helped us out. John was super knowledgeable and had us in and out of there in about 20 minutes. When we got home the set up was exactly how John had explained it to us. We had fast WiFi within minutes of getting home. Thank you John!!!!

Dude swapped out my old modem for an xfi gateway that was wrapped in plastic. Said the setup was as easy as 1, 2, 3. Went home and it wouldn't power on. It was refurbished, used junk. Went back and girl gave me a brand new one in an unopened box that worked. Do you guys not have a protocol to check that these things work, and at minimum, power on? Two star because I received service quickly even when it was busy.
