Shaiju helped me buy my second home. I was looking for an upgrade from previous home, so I knew the specifics and budget. Even then I found it very had to put a strong yet reasonable offer in a timely manner. Thats where Shaiju stands out from other agents. He works very closely with you all the way from giving an offer until closing. He is available via phone or email any time throughout the purchase process. We had a wonderful experience with Shaiju Varghese who served as the realtor for our first home purchase. We were interested in properties in the East Bay area and Shaiju was extremely knowledgeable in those areas (school district, neighborhood, etc.) He has a good eye for providing valuable insights during walkthroughs. He toured many homes with us personally and informed us of all points we should consider when looking for potential homes. In this extremely competitive market he had a good insight and he helped us find an incredible home. He also recommend finance options where we were able to get competitive rates. Even after we were in escrow with our dream home, Shaiju kept us informed of all processes in detail. He went above and beyond to ensure that we understood every detail. Shaiju is very knowledgeable and super friendly realtor. He is best in his field. My wife and I being first time home buyer, we had lot of questions and speculation about buying process.
