I wish I could give Sulva way more than 5 stars because it was absolutely incredible working with her. Sulva helped my husband and I buy our first home in San Francisco, which is an extremely competitive housing market. I had heard frightening stories about how difficult the negotiation process gets, and how people end up egregiously over paying just to lock something down quickly before they get out bid by multiple competing offers. My experience with buying my first property ending up being a lot easier than I expected thanks to Sulva. She was a dream agent who answered our 100+ questions, came with us for viewings, guided us through the complex world of San Francisco real estate, and ensured we were setting ourselves up for a fair deal. She also made the effort to build a rapport with the listing agent and their team, which I believe was a big factor in why our offer was accepted amongst multiple offers after a 48 hour negotiation process. On top of all this, Sulva went out of her way to protect us while adding buyer contingencies, which is a huge achievement on its own in this high buyer demand market where non contingent offers are very common. I could have never imagined that the first offer we made would be a huge success, but it was. I am so grateful to Sulva for her hard work, kindness and dedication. She is excellent at her job and anyone who works with her is very lucky.

Sulva Zahir, Realtor and her Team of professionals at Intero provided the absolute, most seamless experience a Seller and Buyer could ever experience. We met under unique circumstances and was on the fence to make the move to down size now or wait. With great thought and guidance and their utmost approach and commitment to putting our home on the market at a time of uncertainty, they delivered as promised. Their team kept us in constant communication throughout the entire process (cradle-to-grave) of the selling our beautiful home in Castro Valley. They then were tasked to helping us find our next home in the area as we were downsizing and through looking at 50+ homes over several weekends, they delivered again and helped us complete the transition from our large home to a more quaint one. Without a doubt this team will be called upon if and when we move again and mark my word, will be recommended each and every time to anyone that asks if we know a Realtor Team we could recommend to sell there home.
