We were fortunate to work with George Adas on our recent home purchase. I met George at my current job at Abraham High School. Not only is he an excellent teacher, but he is an even better realtor. We told him what type of home we wanted and what kind of community we wanted to live in. He recommended us to check out the new developments in Hollister, California. George stated that Santa Ranch is a beautiful new community with a new school and a new community park. We decided to follow his guidance, and we were grateful that we did so. George was very supportive, responsive, friendly, and a constant professional. We had such a fantastic experience working with George, and he made finding our dream home easy. George was our best asset in getting our new home. As first-time home buyers we valued how he always made sure we were comfortable with each step of the purchase. George was also always accessible and treated us with care and compassion. He was very flexible which proved to be invaluable because we were traveling abroad for part of the process. George and his professional team were an invaluable part of our dream to home ownership!

I cannot recommend George Adas enough! Not only did he help me sell my property in Campbell, but he also did so in record time and at a very reasonable price. Throughout the process, he made several wonderful upgrades to the property that really helped it stand out to potential buyers. But what sets George apart are the little things - he was always available to help me with miscellaneous tasks, like getting my car shipped out to my new home. George is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced realtor who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He's always willing to answer questions and offer advice, and he's an expert at negotiating the best possible deals. I really appreciated how easy he was to communicate with and how he kept me informed every step of the way, which really helped alleviate some of the stress that comes with selling a property. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with George Adas and couldn't be happier with the results. I am so happy we met George at one of our first open houses he was hosting. He became our realtor and began to send us listings that met our criteria. He was always there to answer our many questions about homes we had visited and would set up appointments for homes that were not yet on the market. We found our dream home, and George kept us from over-bidding in this difficult market, where homes were going far over the asking price. George is very knowledgeable about today's real estate market and is very personable and patient. He had to deal with two senior citizens, and I am sure he had to repeat things over and over again.

George Adas went above and beyond with his help of the Trust sale of my family's home. He helped me through all of the real estate tasks involved with selling a home from beginning to end. The tasks included upgrade/repair suggestions, market analysis, interior staging, open houses, applicable disclosures, contracts, and numerous others. George was always available and explained and answered all my questions during each step. One of the many services provided that I appreciated was the reporting of feedback from potential buyers and realtors in regards to the home while it was on the market. Some additional upgrades and home repair were needed before the selling of the home. George listened to what the Trust could afford and created a budget to follow. He also provided all of the needed professionals, such as a painter, plumber, electrician, junk haul-away, etc. He took on the additional role as project manager and coordinated the remodel process and kept me up-to-date on the progress. I highly recommend George for any of your realtor needs, because he made the emotional sale of my family's home very respectful, seamless, and smooth.
