Have been going to Kumar for many years and he is absolutely the best. I wouldn't trust my baby Stella with anyone else.

Let's do the positives first: Kumar was clearly knowledgeable and very friendly, with fair prices. I paid about $110 for my 35-pound mini bernedoodle to get nails clipped, washed, haircut, the whole shebang. Something interesting about Kumar is that he doesn't take tips, so that takes tipping pressure off of the customer. However, I'm not sure if I'll be going back. Three things I was displeased with are: 1. He cut my dog's whiskers, something a groomer is not supposed to do. It's not terrible for a dog's whiskers to be cut, but it's also not great for them either. 2. He told me with the short length of cut he'd given my dog, that there was no need to brush my dog's hair for at least a month. I should not have blindly accepted this, as it turned out that after about three weeks, my dog's hair was matting. 3. The haircut was uneven. When I looked my dog in the face the day of his haircut, one side of the hair on his snout was noticeably longer than the other.
