Do not use this company!!! My wife has been trying to get a commercial appraisal done to resolve a trust issue for over 3-1/2 weeks. Initially, John, the owner, promised "no problem, I will have it done in a week". After a full week, my wife called and called trying to find out where the appraisal was. She finally got in touch with someone there who said "oh sorry, John's on vacation for a week, he will call you when he gets back". He never did. Finally after calling over and over again he finally called her back 3 weeks later and said "oh its a really easy report. I will have it to you tonight". That never happened, 3 days have bone by and my wife has called and called.....nothing. We still do not have the appraisal but he sure didn't wait to cash the $1,500 check in the first couple of days. You will be disappointed in this service. Find anyone else to use for your appraisal needs! We feel he may be giving us the run around and will eventually end up stiffing us.
