        This review has nothing to do with the facilities and everything to do with their billing policies. 5 x 5 unit In 2 years, my billing has doubled and on initial move in they did not honor their promotional pricing ($69 to $139). Current rates for 5 x 5 are $39. Under California law it is illegal to increase rent price beyond 10% year after year.
