I wouldnt recommend this place. 1. Theyre expensive, compared to many other vets in Fremont area. The reason we go to this place is because its close to home. 2. Some staff is just not doing their job. One of the front desk lady is super rude. I never received my invoice by email and later I found out she misspelled hotmail as hotmaill , after she corrected it, she misspelled my name in the email address so I never received my digital invoice and had to request printed version. Shes reluctant to print it and left me waiting until another lady came to help me. The rude lady never apologized. 3. Getting the appointment and visit are easy, but getting your medical records for insurance is super hard. Weve been requesting medical records for 5 times at least, every time they promised theyll send them to me on the same day but they never did. My insurance told me they also contacted all the clinics weve visited and received all the other records besides Mission Valley Vet Clinics. Today with the help of Shiraz, I finally got the records. Shiraz might be the only one whos doing the job and who really cares about patients at the front desk. Im glad he picked up my phone this time. Previously its the front desk ladies who were handling my request. My one star for this clinic goes to Shiraz whos absolutely a hero and deserves a raise! 4. My dog had a teeth cleaning at this place, the teeth cleaning went well. After that, they gave me some teeth cleaning bones for my dog, which is supposed to be edible and safe. But my dog had diarrhea after eating the bone. Her poop became normal after we stopped using it.

Nice people, nice staff. But as always, the prices for basic pet care ... you can buy a new car. It's the most painful thing in the world to see your little fluffball suffer. Then to have a vet tell you it's $1700 just for bloodwork.... I don't understand. Human lab work is 1/10 that cost at best. So crazy expensive. $500 just to have the vet literally only touch my cat. Only touch my cat. No blood work, scans, etc. Just touch the cat. $500. But yeah. They were nice at the front desk.

They took the time and care to examine my rabbit and asked me about my questions and concerns. They were thorough, kind, and professional. Im glad I found a vet I can trust near my home.
