We wish there was a negative rating in Google to give. Embtel Solutions is a nightmare, highly unprofessional and unethical. They took the whole amount from us and promised to deliver a website built on Shopify as per the contract. They were going to build the website from scratch on the Shopify platform. Instead they copied a Shopify paid theme code and used it for our website. A few weeks ago , Shopify contacted us citing the source code or the theme used on our website is a copied version. So basically what Embtel does is- it pays for one theme and copies the theme code for various websites that they are building. So what Shopify pointed us was the theme license that our store was using is a copied version. We purchased the theme immediately and tried to contact Embtel Solutions. Contacting Embtel employees was of no use. Everyone from top to bottom passes the problem from one to another. Employees keep quitting every few weeks or months and they all use alias names for work. So one has no idea who they are interacting with. At one point Embtel was also doing our ongoing website maintainance. During that period Embtel employees managed to change our store passwords, so we couldnt login. It was a nightmare. Finally we claimed control of our store website with the help of Shopify support staff and cut our ties with Embtel Solutions. I would say they are a bunch of cheaters and scammers. Stay away from them.

Embtel Solutions puts 100% and is truly dedicated and honest. Refusal or delay in making payments certainly can delay work. It all depends on how fast you want Embtel to help you succeed.

Stop wasting your money with Embtel Solutions they do all fake promises they didn't take responsibility on my project wasted my time too much delays and without finishing the website they asked me to pay .... I Don't mind paying them full amount if their work is satisfactory which is my website is not even ready there are so many mistakes and corrections to be done and if I ask them to correct it they didn't do it instead they asked me to pay the full amount then only they will do the necessary corrections...he asked another 2days time to finish completely I trusted them and I waited I paid them full amount after that also their is so many mistakes still in my project.I keep calling them texting email and they reply too late saying that " they will finish everything today " but that never happens I just wanted to say if you can't do the project sincerely then don't take it don't waste client's time and money ! every client is important your company is charging a huge sum amount of money from the client at least try to serve best service on time! If you can't then don't take responsibility and don't waste valuable time of client! I will not recommend to anyone Embtel Solutions for website design needs please don't waste money and your valuable time!
