We lived in these apartments for 8 years! Villa Lucia was always good to us. We got married and started our family while living here! If you take care of your stuff, youll have no problems! Trust me! Theyre great people!

I just signed my lease renewal and couldnt be happier. This will mark my third year living at Villa Lucia. It is quiet and very clean. The office staff as well as maintenance has always been efficient and communicative with any requests or questions. Its location couldnt be any more ideal. It is close to several different shopping centers, restaurants, banks, and has a family-friendly park right across the street. And a definite big bonus is the on-site Amazon hub station! How many complexes have that? Love living here

I lived in this apartment for 6 years and apartments are really clean, calm, and quiet. The location is very good and is very close to the market. The assistant manager (Angie) is very cooperative it is just that she is strict with her rules and regulations. If you abide by the rules , she is really nice and kind. Maintenance and other services are also very quick and efficient. I would recommend living here.

When my fianc and I moved in the apartment was not in move in condition. When we moved out they did not want to give us a lot of our deposit back. The management was slow at getting anything done and most of the time when we had a question or concern they did not know and would take weeks or months to get back to us. Out of the 3 apartments I have lived at in Fresno Villa Lucia was by far the most unprofessional and rude.
