        My experience with the techs was great.. they were very friendly. However, they had to come out a second time to do my carpet and area rugs because they smelled so bad afterward . Even when they came out again my area rugs smell horrid. I should have never had them clean them and just done them myself and saved the 100 or so dollars.

        5/5! EASY from beginning to end! Arrived on time, asked about areas of concern, extracted all dirt from my carpets. Definitely better than the wimpy spot carpet cleaner I got.
