My dads 75 years old been disabled since he was 50, firefighter on the job, Also a veteran. They got my dad a settlement agreement when we were sued by like 15 people, armed with a FAKE/ FALSELY executed survey. Davis surveys was cited for 40 Buissness codes and ethics violations. Bedrock ENGINEERING drew up the same exact false hoods Davis did. Now when the Settlement agreement they helped come up with told us this ends it all, is being interpreted by they courts as we all agreed to the FALSE LINES of the fake non existent 30' EASEMENT. EXTREMLY Poor representation, I believe ethically wrong on many lawyers involved, Bob Abrams, Craig Waters, Patrick Fortune. They all contribute to a Family being bankrupted, drowned in law suites to forcefully take land for a 30' EASEMENT that didn't exist until they made it up. Even Fresno County Surveyors agree! Look at the maps? The legally performed survey done by the REPUTABLE Katherine M Olsen, McPEETERS & ASSOCIATES out of Clovis Ca.?
