worst radisson ever. front door didn't work, staff service lousy, no bar, no restaurant.

The WiFi did not work. When I called the front desk the girl was rude and said nope thats the correct login and no one has complained about it. Thanks! The room needs updating, the bathroom is old. Would not recommend.

Good price but not a good place to stay. We stayed on 04/05/22 and the restaurant was still closed due to Covid but the hotel website had free breakfast. Corporate needs to update their website. Not only the restaurant but pool & gym was also closed. While two months earlier we stayed at the Doubletree close by and they had everything open. Bed linens were dirty, also the pillow cases were dirty with make up . There were hairs all over the bedsheets. Lamp/tv plugs were not fully inserted, could cause a fire. Toilet was not clean as it had ring around. If they want people to stay at their hotel, they need to invest in cleaning and personnel to run the restaurant. The rooms have four lamps and use yellow/amber light and rooms look dim & dark. They should at least have one lamp with bright light. The lobby automatic sliding door not working! Not to mention the water came out brown!! in the sink and shower, you either need to change the plumbing or give a real deep clean. Unless Fresno's water is dirty. Will not come back, and do not recommend, only if youre on a low, low budget as Doubletree is twice as expensive.
