        I have never contemplated writing reviews online, but the service provided by this agent made me write a review to warn hard working people and stay at home wives to not make their life more complicated dealing with people in this office. My wife and I wasted our time calling the office multiple times to talk to Maria, she was always busy and assistant told us by our 10th call in 2 weeks that, Maria is extremely busy because she has a lot of clients and 2 offices. Agent and office staff couldnt add a new purchased car to our car policy. Agent doesnt pick up or returns phone calls. Online policies are not updated. Very poor customer service and customer inquiries or needs are never met. A replacement windshield claim that took place last year in June, hasnt been completed as of today. All our policies are still in different names and different account with no will to organize them. Please avoid!
