Not good customer service. Today I went to get insurance for my car and you spoke to me in a bad way because you had an accident a year ago, which is the only accident that has happened to me, and the way you dealt with it was disrespectful. A complete failed experience with them and I will never return to them. If there is less than a star, I will give it to them.

If youre old enough to go with AARP go to AARP your just waste your money at AAA. I call I always get a voicemail amount of money that you guys pay is ridiculous for a call back 24 hours. I dont wanna be playing phone tag. And they do lie about their rental cars. This is me responding to your reply unfortunately you cannot help me due to your lies. You said my car was gonna be fixed in five days. I would have a rental car. Its gonna take two weeks and I dont have a rental car and you guys havent replied to me yet. I do not work with liars next time I will sue you guys You only care about your own customers and saving a buck. Youre just better off taking the money or suing them sincerely David O 99
