To start off I was very excited to start my hair laser journey at this location . Ive been doing my research and seeing reviews . This facility caught my eye . I had high expectations . However , my expectations slowly started to become disappointment . I had a scheduled appointment . I had called prior a week or so to confirm my schedule . We (me and the lady in the front desk) confirmed my appointment that same day . I live 30 min away from Fresno . Once I got to the facility and walked in on my scheduled appointment. I Said I was here for my appointment . They looked at me as if I was joking . The workers said that I had cancelled my appointment (which I never did ) . Then said that they called me to cancel and left a voicemail. I answer ever phone call . I never received any phone call . I dont like it when I get blamed for something I didnt do. We are grown and adults . It as easy as saying . Im so sorry there has been a mistake . Can we reschedule ? But when Im getting told that I cancelled repeatedly is not okay . When I didnt cancel .They did offer me the next day in the morning. I didnt take it because they honestly made me feel unwelcome. Im sure they are great at what they do but this just made me not want to do business there . If the staff reads this please work on scheduling and double checking appointments .
